Dallass -3 (this play is more anti-miami than
pro-dallass - but to me the short week - made even shorter by the SNF game miami played and the fact miami winning sunday's game - when they should have lost it - knocks this number down to 3 instead of 3.5)
Pats +4 (belichick has owned manning in years past - no reason to think that changes here. pats are the better team and we might get a tiiiiiny look ahead for the colts to next week's game @ titans - one i doubt we will get to see here in L.A. - since the cbs station will
probably show us oak @ pitt instead - honest!).
Bucs -3 (i know leftwich is progressing - but i really don't see how he will do well here or fred taylor doing much - the kind of back you need to beat tampa are guys like st. davis and deuce - and fred taylor isn't that kind of back)
Titans -1.5 (billy volek or mcnair - for me it doesn't matter who starts for the titans win this game anyway. if volek - and i hope it is since we face the titans' qbs this week in my fantasy league - the titans will just run the ball all night on the league's worst run d. eddie george might look like the EG of years past here. titans can't afford to lose this game and still get a top 2 afc seed).
